Student Visa Application Information

Now that you have been accepted, the next step is to secure a student visa. 

Here is a Visa Information document that has information about paying the SEVIS fee, applying for a visa, and tips for a successful interview.

Here is some advice to get you started:

• You may have to wait several weeks for a visa appointment, so you should apply as soon as you can.  
• Do not quit your job, buy a plane ticket, or make any other major decisions until you have received your visa.  
• If you require any additional documentation for an interview, let us know as early as possible so that we have time to process your request.  You can email us at oisa@emporia.edu.
