Enrollment verifications are processed by the Office of the Registrar. To order a verification, please call 620-341-5419 or email recordsroom@emporia.edu.
Proof of Address
To request Proof of Address for obtaining a driver's license, please email the Office of International Education at oisa@emporia.edu.
Invitation Letter
If you'd like to invite your family to the U.S. and if the U.S. embassy or consulate in your home country requires an invitation letter, you may use this Invitation Letter Template.
Please know that the OIE is not able to issue you an invitation letter as we have not seen any impact of it--consulate officers typically do not look at non-required supporting documents. The OIE is not the inviter, so the letter should come from you. If your local embassy or consulate specifically asks for an invitation letter from the institution (ESU), please email oisa@emporia.edu.
